Alexey Overchuk, the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, has voiced support for Pakistan’s BRICS bid, enhancing its potential for acceptance. Pakistan submitted its application for BRICS membership in November 2023, a move reflecting its ambitions to bolster economic partnerships.
