ISLAMABAD – Historically, Pakistan and Afghanistan are not enjoying cordialrelations. Afghan leadership is relatively weak and feeble and couldn’thandle the situation appropriately.
Afghanistan always blamed Pakistan without investigating the issuesefficiently. Pakistan and Afghanistan both face the issue of terrorism andboth the countries sacrificed lives and property in so many incidents.
Both the countries should indulge in confidence building measures. Thepresence of Afghan political leadership and Taliban both are reality inAfghanistan.
The situation in Afghanistan will become better only in the case when allthe stakeholders will sit together and come up with proper solution withoutinterference of foreign forces. War is not proper solution of the Afghanissue.
We should not lose hope and continue our struggles for ensuring peace inAfghanistan.
