KABUL – Taliban group in Afghanistan has mocked the Afghan Air Force use ofthe first laser-guided bomb on a hideout of the group in western Farahprovince.
A spokesman for the Taliban group Zabiullah Mujahid called the latestairstrike a “small step”, claiming that the coalition forces did not haveany major achievement despite using such sophisticated weapons andequipment in the past 17 years.
However, the alliance led by NATO, calls the use of the first laser-guidedbomb by the Afghan Air Force a major achievement and another chapter in thesuccess story of the Afghan Air Force.
