*ISLAMABAD – Foreign Minister Khurram Dastgir Khan has revealed thatPakistan and Russia have signed a defence treaty. He however gave nofurther details of this treaty.*

*The US attitude has forced Pakistan to inch closer to China and latelytowards Russia.*

*He said Pakistan has wiped out terrorism on its soil with greatdetermination.*

In an interview to a private news channel,he said law enforcing agenciesare fighting against terrorists for complete eradication of terrorism fromthe country.

The foreign minister said our Armed Forces have successfully eliminatedterrorism from North Waziristan and destroyed all nurseries of terroristsfrom the area and it is a peaceful place now.

He said despite threats by the United States, Pakistan wants to establishgood relations with it. He said US wants to pressurise Pakistan by usingdifferent tactics.

Khurram Dastgir said relations between Pakistan and Russia arestrengthening day by day and both the countries have signed a defencetreaty, APP has reported.
