MUMBAI – Veteran Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachan has been admitted to theLilavati Hospital in Mumbai after his health deteriorated.
The hospital has confirmed the news but refused to comment on why he wasadmitted.
However, Sources suggested that it might be a routine check-up.
Amitabh’s family members were also in the hospital reportedly.
The Bollywood star has been suffering from abdominal ailments for manyyears. he had also suffered a shoulder injury recently due to which he hadto skip the birthday celebrations of his son Abhishek in Australia.
Earlier today, the teaser of his film 102 Not Out was released whereAmitabh is seen portraying the role of a 102-year-old man and father to a75-year-old man played by Rishi Kapoor.
