ISLAMABAD – A PTI higher level meeting was held today in which the boarddecided to immediately commence the process of nominating candidates andmulled over the procedure of doing so.

Imran Khan has decided to award the PTI party tickets himself for the nextGeneral Elections.

The PTI chief Imran Khan has said that there would be no specific quota andstrong candidates will be fielded for the election.

The party will field candidates in most constituencies [than any otherparty], he added.

Various political parties have kicked off their election campaign byholding rallies and organizing membership campaigns throughout the country.

Imran in recent days has visited parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa as well asLahore as part of a membership drive.
