Imran Khan warns incoming ministers, forms 90 days probation policy

PESHAWAR – PTI Chairman Imran Khan has warned the incoming Ministers in thenew Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.

He said that those ministers delivering less than satisfactory performancewill be replaced after three months.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan warned Ministers, undera new probation policy aimed at performance evaluation.

Newly elected members of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly belonging to thePTI attended the parliamentary meeting presided over by primeminister-in-waiting Imran Khan.

Imran said a committee would be set up to monitor the performance of theministers and chief minister.

Authorities concerned will have their perfomance evaluated for a period ofup to three months and, if the performance is not up to the mark, actionwill be taken in the form of dismissal, he added.

Earlier, PTI formally nominated party’s supremo Imran Khan as theircandidate for prime minister s slot.

A parliamentary meeting was held at a private hotel in Islamabad duringwhich, Shah Mehmood Qureshi presented a resolution nominating Imran astheir PM candidate

Imran Khan thanked the members for showing their trust in him. The changefor which PTI has been struggling for 22 years will now going to bewitnessed, he added.

The newly-elected members of National Assembly were also taken intoconfidence while discussion over the names of speaker and deputy speakerwas also carried out.

The meeting was attended by several politicians including Asad Umar, PervezKhattak, Chaudhry Sarwar and Shafqat Mahmood.
