*ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Umar has beendischarged from the hospital in Islamabad. *
*He got injured after falling off a horse in a village at the outskirts ofthe capital.*
The MNA-elect, who is most likely to become the next finance minister ofthe country, went to visit his Islamabad constituency to attend a receptionhosted in his honour over his electoral success in the parliamentaryelections held on July 25.
Umar was trying to mount the horse when his foot slipped and he fell,according to eyewitnesses.
He complained of back pain and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he wasgiven treatment.
After necessary medical tests, including CT scan, he was declared fit to gohome. The PTI leader was seen leaving the hospital in a wheelchair.
