ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan says promoting industry andfacilitating opportunities for wealth creation are among the top prioritiesof the incumbent government.
He was chairing a meeting in Islamabad today (Thursday) to review the stepstaken for promotion of industry in the country, especially the tariff rateson imports, impact of existing tariff on industry and exports and tofurther improve the tariff system.
The Prime Minister said government is committed to provide all outfacilities to business community.

Welcoming the proposals regarding tariff system, Imran Khan said thesemeasures will not only remove problems faced by business community byfacilitating them, but also provide traders a conducive environment so thatPakistani products are better able to compete in the region and enhancetheir share in international market.
