ISLAMABAD – The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Friday extended the date offiling of Income Tax Returns/Statements for the Tax Year 2018 tillSeptember 30.
“The date of filing of Income Tax returns required to be filed throughe-portal in cases of salaried individuals which were due on August 31 ishereby extended upto September 30, 2018,” said FBR notification issued here.
The date of filing of Statement of Final Taxation under section 115(4) dueon August 31 has also been extended upto September 30.
The extension has been given in exercise of the powers conferred underSection 214-A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001.- APP
