QUETTA: Two bogies of Karachi-bound train derailed when a bomb exploded at the main railway track near Mangoli area of Nasirabad district on Tuesday.
According to police sources, unidentified men had planted an improvised explosive device at the track linking Balochistan with the rest of the country and detonated it when Bolan Mail was near Mangoli area. A portion of the track was also damaged in blast.
Law enforcement agencies reached the site and cordoned off the entire area and started investigation.
The train service remained suspended for some time after explosion.
