ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Tuesday called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and discussed issues relating to the national security.
Officials said the PM and army chief, in a brief meeting at the Prime Minister’s House, exchanged views of prevailing law and order in the county.Regional and security situation was also discussed.The ongoing Zarb-e-Azb operation in tribal areas and other antiterrorism operations also came under discussion, officials said.
