ISLAMABAD – Important meeting of Committee for Coordination and Monitoringof UNSC sanction resolutions held in Islamabad.
The 4th meeting of the Committee for Coordination, Review and Monitoring(CRMC) of United Nations Security Council sanction resolutions was held inIslamabad on Wednesday.
Chaired by Director General Strategic Export Control Division Zafar Ali,the Committee reviewed the status of implementation of UNSC resolutions onnon-proliferation and discussed measures to further enhance inter-agencycoordination for effective implementation of Targeted Financial Sanctionsrelating to non-proliferation.
The members apprised the Committee on steps taken by respective departmentsand acknowledged the need for synchronization of efforts.
