ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar has taken a suo-motu notice against Bahria Town.
The Apex Court issued a notice to Bahria Town owner Malik Riaz for using the word ‘Bahria’ in Bahria Town.
It asks why name of ‘Bahria’ is being used for a real estate business.
The case will be heard on Thursday.
