ISLAMABAD – Meeting of Monetary and Fiscal Policies Coordination Boardreviewed the fiscal and monetary policies.
The meeting was chaired by Finance Minister Asad Umar.
The on-going adjustment plan for fiscal consolidation was presented to theBoard. While reviewing the fiscal policy, the Board observed that there isfurther scope for tightening of the fiscal stance.
