Indo-Pak Railways Communication agreement extended

NEW DELHI: Pakistan and India rail communication agreement has been extended by mutual consent for another three years.

As per statement issued by Ministry of external affairs that the agreement extended from January 19, 2016 to January 18, 2019.

The passengers and goods traffic operates on Lahore-Delhi via route of Attari-Wagah.

The ice melted between both sides after the meeting of Prime Minister of Pakistan and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi on the sideline of the UN climate change summit in Paris.

Pakistan wants good relations with neighbors and wants bilateral talks with India.
