KARACHI – Intelligence Agencies have made a major breakthrough in themurder case of Ali Raza Abidi.
Police and intelligence agencies have arrested a major suspect in themurder case of former MNA Ali Raza Abidi from Karachi airport.
According to sources, police arrested a “top suspect” when he was trying tofly abroad from Karachi airport and have moved him to an undisclosedlocation.
Moreover, the police, acting on the information provided by the twoarrested suspects, have arrested three more people from different areas ofthe city.
Sources added that police will announce the arrest of suspects in a day ortwo.
Later in the day, IG Sindh Syed Kaleem Imam told media that police haveattained a breakthrough in the investigation and will soon announce thearrest of culprits.
Earlier, Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda, in a presser inRawalpindi, too announced that he is in contact with law enforcementagencies and that the police will soon arrest the murderers and theirmastermind.
