PESHAWAR: The Accountability Court (AC) here approved the Plea Bargain application of accused Muhammad Ramzan Shaikh of Ideal Hydro Tech System Pakistan in clean drinking water project.
A spokesman for NAB said the accused was presented before the Accountability Court for the approval of the Plea Bargain.
The accused had submitted application for Plea Bargain to Chairman NAB and agreed to return the embezzled amount through Plea Bargain.
The application was recommended by Chairman NAB to the accountability court Peshawar.
The NAB had conducted investigations in embezzlement in clean drinking water for all project and arrested accused Muhammad Ramzan Sheikh Ideal Hydro Tech System Pakistan.
