ISLAMABAD – Finally the Cat is out of the bag, Pashtun Tahafuz Movementactivist Gulalai Ismail lashed out at Pakistan after fleeing away to UnitedStates.
Gulalai Ismail who flee after being accused of treason by Islamabad, onFriday (local time) said that thousands of people in the country werekilled in Pakistan in the name of eradicating terrorism.

A few days ago, the activist, in an interview with Afghan journalist BashirAhmad Gwakh of Mashaal Radio, said she was hiding in Pakistan for nearlysix months and travelled to Sri Lanka with the help of her friends beforeleaving for the US.
The 32-year old rights activist managed to slip last month and is nowstaying with her sister in Brooklyn in New York. She has also applied forpolitical asylum in the US.

Even though she has been able to escape to America, she is still worried.
“Pakistan thinks that the US Department of State will force me to leave theUS along with my family. But, I will continue my struggle in the US,”Ismail told Mashaal Radio.
