NEW DELHI – Frustrated over the Rafael mega corruption scandal, Indian PMNarendra Modi government hasordered the education department of OccupiedKashmir to ensure schools across the state celebrate Surgical Strike Day onSeptember 29.
Administration has been asked to mark the second anniversary of the IndianArmy s purported strike across the Line of Control in Pakistan.
According to Indian media reports, a circular by the Indian EducationDepartment Secretary, the Broadcasting and Information Ministry had issueddirections for holding activities to observe Friday as the Surgical StrikeDay .
“All schools with units of the National Cadet Corps shall organise specialparade followed by motivational lectures or talks by inviting war veteransand other related persons,” the circular reads.
The Indian department also appointed officers to ensure each programme isheld in schools and they will then send a one-page report along with photosand videos of the activities.
