NEW DELHI:Maldives has declined an invitation from India to participate in friendly naval exercise ‘Milan’ starting March 6 in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Indian Navy Chief Admiral Sunil Lanba told reporters in New Delhi that Maldives has not given any reason for the decision.APP
