ISLAMABAD – Pakistan has decided to close all passage ways and cargoterminals along Afghanistan border.
All border crossings except for emergency patients, along the Afghanistanborder for two days with effect from tomorrow.
Foreign Office, in a statement on Thursday, said that these measures havebeen taken in view of upcoming Presidential elections and in support ofdomestic transition in Afghanistan.

The statement said that it has been decided to enhance strict securitycheck of all pedestrian and trading vehicles till Sunday.
