LONDON – Pakistan Awami Tehreek chief Dr Tahirul Qadri has congratulatedImran Khan on his thumping victory in the general elections.
In a statement on Thursday, he said that the nation deserves greetings onthe defeat of the most corrupt coterie.
“I wish Imran should form the government in the centre as well as in KhyberPakhtunkhwa and Punjab,” he said.
The PAT chief said that the responsibility of providing justice to theModel Town martyrs lies on the shoulders of Imran Khan.
He asked Shehbaz Sharif to respect the vote by accepting the electionresults.
“I pray for a change in the system and results of the change should reachthe poor,” he maintained.
