ISLAMABAD – Government of Pakistan pledged to take concrete measures toeradicate the menace of money laundering in the country.
In a statement, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on AccountabilityBarrister Shahzad Akbar said information regarding money laundering fromten countries is in progress to bring the culprits to justice.
He said that he will go to Switzerland soon to sign memorandum ofunderstanding with its financial institutions regarding exchange ofinformation.
