In Occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown is being observed today in those areas where polling for so-called Punchayat is being held.
The call for the shutdown has been given by the Joint Resistance Leadership comprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik.
They urged the people to totally boycott the poling process.
