SRINAGAR – The Hurriyat leaders have categorically refused talks with India sans Pakistan.
They declined Indian offer of the talks.
They also appealed to observe the black day on Friday.
Meanwhile, the 70th founding day of Azad Jammu and Kashmir was observed on Monday with a renewed pledge to continue struggle until liberation of Indian Occupied Kashmir and its accession to Pakistan.
