ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) case against the Board ofControl for Cricket in India (BCCI) will be heard at the InternationalCricket Council (ICC) Headquarters in Dubai from October 1 to 3.
The PCB is being represented by Khwaja Ahmad Hosain (Advocate Supreme Courtof Pakistan), Alexandros Panayides (Clifford Chance, London), Lawyers fromClifford Chance, London, Lawyers from LMA Ebrahim Hosain, Pakistan andSalman Naseer (PCB General Manager Legal Affairs), said a press releaseissued here.
The Dispute Panel hearing the matter includes Michael Beloff QC(Chairperson) and members Jan Paulsson and Annabelle Bennett. The hearingwill be in private and the award and reasons thereof will be made public.
