MOSCOW – Russian President Vladimir Putin makes an offer to United States.
Russian President Vladimir Putin says his country is open to dialogue whenthe United States is ready given how talks are necessary to reach anagreement on the outstanding issues between the two countries.
In an interview, he said Russia will not be backed into a corner and calledfor dialogue to resolve their disputes.
He said without dialogue, it is impossible to find a consensus.
