Afghanistan Military claims defeating Afghan Taliban in northern Afghanistan

KABUL – Afghanistan Army in a statement announced that Taliban was defeatedin Faryab Province north of the country and lost 23 forces.

Taliban forces were defeated in Shirin Tagab District and Dolatabad and thearea was completely cleaned of terrorists, the statement reads.

Shahin 209 division media center also announced that Taliban was defeatedin Dolatabad and they could not damage governmental forces.
