Ban on government jobs: Punjab cabinet takes important decision

*LAHORE – **Punjab cabinet has taken important decision over the issue ofthe ban on government jobs in the province.*

*Punjab cabinet ‘conditionally’ lifted the ban on government jobs fromgrade one to 16 across the province, ARY News reported on Friday.*

This decision was taken during a meeting of the cabinet, chaired by ChiefMinister Punjab, Sardar Usman Buzdar, to review different matters of theprovince.

The cabinet, after “okaying” for the recruitment in the differentdepartments of the Punjab government ‘conditionally’, advised the concerneddepartments to submit their cases with the finance department aboutmanpower, they require.

The cabinet also green-lightened the auction of 22 luxury vehicles of theprovincial government.

During the meeting it was decided to hand over the control of six bulletproof vehicles to the police department while ten vehicles will be moved toSNDGAD’s poll. An industrial policy for the province.was also approvedduring the meeting of the cabinet.

The ban on the jobs was slapped by the provincial government on September1, in a meeting of the cabinet that held to discuss 11-point agenda withPunjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar in the chair.
