LAHORE/ISLAMABAD: PML N President Shahbaz Sharif goes into quarantine uponreturn from England.
PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif put himself in self-quarantine upon hisreturn to Pakistan on Sunday morning after remaining in the United Kingdomfor over four months, reportedlink*TheNews*.
“I was in London to be with my brother [former prime minister Nawaz Sharif]as he underwent medical treatment,” Shehbaz, wearing a face mask to protecthimself from the coronavirus, said while speaking to the media at theairport.
“The doctor that was supposed to treat my brother was on holiday, but hehas now returned and will give an appointment for my brother’s heartprocedure soon,” the former Punjab chief minister said.

“The country is going through a tough time at the moment. That is why mybrother and I decided it would be best for me to return before allinternational flights were banned. We will fight this [virus] together,” hesaid.
Announcing his return to the country on Twitter, Shehbaz urged citizens topractice social distancing and to self-isolate if possible.
