Davos: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday met with Facebook’s ChiefOperations Officer, Sheryl Sandberg, at the sidelines of the 50th WorldEconomic Forum (WEF) in Davos.
Special Advisor to the Prime Minister Zulfi Bokhari, Ali Jehangir Siddiqui,Governor State Bank Raza Baqir and head of Digital Pakistan project TanyaAidrus accompanied Imran Khan during the meeting.
Earlier in what proved to be a hectic day for the Premier, he met withPresident Asian Development Bank Masatsugu Asakawa, Siemens CEO Joe Kesarand YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki.
The meetings included discussions on technology, investment and traininghuman resources. The use of digital platforms to push forward a positiveimage of Pakistan was also discussed along with attracting tourists andinvestment towards Pakistan.
The Premier had addressed the WEF on Wednesday afternoon, listing downPakistan’s potential for investment, his government’s plans for theenvironment, its foreign policy and reviving economy.
