PESHAWAR – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to repeal EhtisabCommission Act, 2014.
This decision was taken during a meeting of the provincial cabinet held inPeshawar on Thursday with Chief Minister Mahmood Khan in the chair.
Later talking to newsmen, Provincial Information Minister Shaukat Yousafzaisaid the cases of the commission will be transferred to the ProvincialAnti-Corruption Establishment.
He said regular employees of the commission will either be given goldenhand shake or will be put in the surplus pool.

The Minister said amendments are being made in the laws of Anti-CorruptionEstablishment to further strengthen the department.
