A PML-N leader from Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Mahmoodul Hassan Raja, hadjourneyed to Lahore on Saturday to participate in the reception for PML-Nsupremo Nawaz Sharif at Minar-e-Pakistan. Tragically, on his way back toAzad Jammu and Kashmir, an accident occurred.
Specifically, the central PML-N leaders’ car veered off the road and fellinto a deep ditch near Islamgarh tehsil in the Mirpur district, resultingin his immediate demise.
The context surrounding this incident is noteworthy, as Nawaz Sharif, thePML-N supremo and former prime minister, had returned home after afour-year absence on the same day.

His arrival took place at Islamabad International Airport, where he waswelcomed by Ishaq Dar and Azam Nazeer Tarar. Following this, Nawaz Sharifhad a meeting with his legal team and then proceeded to Lahore, where headdressed a reception rally at Minar-e-Pakistan.
