*ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to take the Parliamentinto confidence on maiden trip to Saudi Arabia this week.*
Prime minister held consultations with the senior leadership of his partyfollowing his visit to the kingdom.
He decided to take the parliament into confidence on the recommendation ofthe party leadership.
The prime minister will give a policy statement with regard to this trip,apprising the lower house of Parliament about his talks with Saudileadership.

After the PM’s maiden visit to Saudi Arabia, Minister for Information andBroadcasting Fawad Chaudhry had said that Islamabad has invited the kingdomto invest in the multi-billion dollar infrastructure corridor.
“Saudi Arabia is the first country whom we have invited to join CPEC asthird partner,” Mr Chaudhry said.
