Pakistan beats India in a thrilling competition to win Asian Snooker Championship

*DOHA – Pakistan beats India to win Asian Snooker Championship.*

*As per the media report, Pakistan has beaten India 3-2 in the Asian TeamSnooker Championship final in Doha on Friday.*

The Pakistani side comprised of Babar Masih and Muhammad Asif. Ace cueistMasih’s top form led Pakistan to clinch the gold medal.

In the first frame of the final, Masih dominated the proceedings againstopponent Pankaj Advani with an 81 break, winning the frame 110-2. In thesecond frame, Malkeet Singh defeated Mohammad Asif 81-47 to level the final1-1.

Pakistan got a 2-1 lead by winning the double’s encounter 72-70, played byMasih and Asif. However, India won the fourth frame to make it 2-all.

Pakistan’s Masih dominated the final frame, winning it by 98-18 againstMalkeet to claim the Asian Team Snooker Championship title by 3-2.
