*SHUJABAD: *Hazara Express on Thursday narrowly escaped accident inShujabad when the train driver put on emergency breaks after watching atruck on train tracks.
According to media reports, a speedy truck broke the railway gate andstuck on the lines. The driver of incoming express put on emergency breaksafter watching truck and saved many lives.
There were almost 35 labourers on the truck at that time, the reportsstated.
Following the incident, the security and railway officials reached the siteand cordoned off the area as clearance operation was underway.
