ISLAMABAD – Pakistani descent international cricketer tested positiveagainst novel coronavirus.

Scotland cricketer of Pakistani descent Majid Haq has tested positive forCOVID-19 (novel coronavirus).

The former off-spinner, in a tweet, announced that he is recovering fromthe aforementioned virus and thanked everyone for supporting him in thisdifficult time.

‘‘Looking forward to potentially getting back home today after testingpositive with Coronavirus. Staff at the RAH in Paisley have been good to me& thank you to everyone who has sent me messages of support.

Insha Allah the Panther will be back to full health soon,’’ Haq tweeted.
