ISLAMABAD – A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by ChiefJustice Mian Saqib Nisar has announced decision into the Election ReformsAct 2017.
In a short judgment, the bench said that no ineligible person can hold theoffice party President.
The bench has ordered that the name of Nawaz Sharif be removed from theparty presidentship.
With this the PML N nominations for the Senate elections stand cancelled.
