KABUL – The atrocities and the havoc played by the terrorist organisationISIS has been gradually revealed in Afghanistan as second mass grave of theISIS victims has been discovered in Afghanistan.
Another mass grave of the ISIS victims has been discovered from the easternNangarhar province of Afghanistan, the local officials said, Khaama Presshas reported.
The new mass grave has been discovered in the vicinity of the Achindistrict of Nangarhar province which was once one of the main strongholdsof the terror group.
Provincial governor’s spokesman Attaullah Khogyani confirmed that theAfghan forces have discovered a new mass grave in Mamand Dara area.
He said the remnants of at least ten people were recovered from the graveand the victims were apparently those who were kidnapped from Pacher Agamdistrict fifteen months ago.
This comes as the local officials said Monday that a mass grave of at leastnine people who were executed by the ISIS militants more than a year agohas been discovered in this province.
Provincial governor’s spokesman Atauallah Khogyani said the mass grave wasdiscovered from the vicinity of the Achin district.
He said the militants affiliated with the ISIS terrorist group abducted agroup of twelve people nearly one and half years ago executed nine of themshortly after they were kidnapped.
Khogyani further added that the mass grave of the nine hostages executed bythe ISIS militants were recovered from Mamand area of Achin on Sunday.
