ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Railways has announced to take two new initiatives.
PR is launching a new and updated smartphone app to help users purchasetickets online and track the timings of their trains.
According to sources, the app will make use of special trackers to provideaccurate speed and location of trains to users. Railways have beeninternally testing trackers on a select few trains to gauge the performanceof the app and its tracking features.
The results have shown that the app is working accurately nearly 100percent of the time, making the project a huge success.
