ISLAMABAD – If something goes wrong in India, whether planned by Pakistanor NOT, Indian Army to hit back at Pakistan, Said Indian Army Chief GeneralBipin Rawat.

Army chief General Bipin Rawat has said that Pakistan is worried that ifsomething goes wrong in India then India will retaliate. In an exclusiveinterview with The Print, the Army chief General spoke about severalissues, including Line of Control, Pakistan, and the current situation ofKashmir.

India’s first Chief of Defence Staff said that Pakistan isn’t ascertainedthat what would happen next. He said Islamabad knows if something goeswrong in India, whether planned by Pakistan or not, India will hit back.

He said that it is good that uncertainty prevails in Pakistan. Let themalso remain under some kind of fear — don’t think you can get away withimpunity. We have given a message that we will hit back and faster,” ThePrint quoted him saying.

He further noted that both the countries have moved some troops along theLoC as a precautionary measure.

Speaking on the Pulwama attack, which claimed lives of over 40 CRPF jawans,Rawat said that Pulwama became a big issue because a large number of jawanslost their lives. he said that if the bus had only five people, it wouldnot have become this big.
