In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, complete shutdown is beingobserved today against the extra-judicial killing of civilians by Indiantroops in Srinagar.
Call for the strike has been given by All Parties Hurriyat Conference andHurriyat forum led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq.
In their separarte statements, Hurryiat leaders have appealed to theKashmiri people to organise mass funeral prayers in absentia for themartyrs and hold protest rallies after Juma prayers.
