Former PM Nawaz Sharif plea rejected by Accountability Court

ISLAMABAD – Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif gets a blow from theAccountability Court.

The accountability court dismissed former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’splea to re-summon the investigation officer for cross-examination onThursday.

The verdict was announced by Accountability Court Judge Arshad Malik afterhearing the arguments.

The NAB prosecutor said that permission to remove legal error cannot begiven after cross-examination.
