Chinese Visas to Pakistanis: Ambassador Yao Jing announced a new initiative

*LAHORE: For the issuance of **Chinese Visas to Pakistanis, Ambassador YaoJing announced a new initiative in provincial capital of Lahore.*

*China’s Ambassador to Pakistan Yao Jing on Thursday announced to open anembassy branch in Lahore for the issuance of Chinese visa from next month.*

The announcement came as the Chinese ambassador called on Punjab GovernorChaudhry Sarwar and Chief Minister Usman Buzdar at their respective officesto discuss promotion of Pak-China relations, CPEC-related projects andexpansion of bilateral cooperation in different sectors.

During the meeting, Sarwar told the envoy that investment, from differentcountries around the world, was coming to which shows that the South Asianhas achieved political stability.

He added that Pakistan was also putting an effort to attract Chineseinvestors.

The Chinese ambassador said there existed a well-structured harmony betweenthe ties of Pakistan and China.

“Those who conspire against the friendship of Pakistan and China are ourenemies,” the governor said.

On the other hand, during the CM-ambassador meeting, Ambassador Jing sharedthe plan of opening an embassy’s branch in Lahore for the issuance ofChinese visa. He said Pakistani citizens would be facilitated in theissuance of Chinese visa as the branch would be made functional next month.
