RAWALPINDI – Director General (DG) of Inter-Services Public Relations(ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor Bajwa has clarified the condition for theIndia Pakistan peace.
He said on Sunday that peace between India and Pakistan is possible afterresolution of decades-long Kashmir dispute.
In an interview with an international media outlet, ISPR DG Bajwa said thatit is pertinent that all outstanding issues between the neighbouringarch-rivals including Kashmir issue is resolved.
He said that Pakistan Army eliminated all hideouts of terrorists within thecountry and operations were carried out against Haqqani network among allterror outfits. 75,000 Pakistanis rendered sacrifices of their lives in waron terror, he added.
The state bore a loss worth USD 123 billion.
Major General Bajwa said that peace between the two neighbours was possibleafter resolution of Kashmir dispute.
