ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court of Pakistan has dissolved the Punjab HealthcareCommission Board and has ordered to constitute a new Board in two weeks torun the Commission.
The judgement was announced by the two-member bench of the Supreme Courtheaded by Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar in Lahore onSaturday.
Punjab Health Minister, Dr. Yasmin Rashid appeared before the bench andtold the court that the chairman of the PHC Board Aamir Raza has tenderedhis resignation.
