Pakistan Afghanistan coming back to track

KABUL: Afghan president Ashraf Ghani has started to realise that bashingPakistan will not work and road to peaceful Afghanistan goes throughIslamabad.

Ghani has extended an official invitation to Pakistan’s Prime MinisterShahid Khaqan Abbasi to visit Afghanistan.

The Afghan president hosted a Pakistani delegation led by National SecurityAdviser Nasser Khan Janjua at Dilkusha palace to discuss Kabul peaceprocess.

In a tweet, Mr. Ghani said the invitation to Pakistani PM is part of‘state-to-state comprehensive dialogue’ initiative.

According to Afghan Tolo news, NSA Janajua and Ghani dscussed Afghan peaceprocess and other matters relating to bilateral relations.

“The Pakistan delegation will also meet Afghan NSA Hanif Atmar and CEOAbdullah,” the news channel reported.

Pakistan and Afghan authorities are expected to chalk out a strategy toimprove bilateral relations and enhance cooperation between the twoneighbouring countries.
