KARACHI – The value of US dollar on Wednesday, declined by 43 paisasagainst Pakistani rupee, in interbank market.
After this decline, dollar value is traded around Rs 123.50. The buyingprice of dollar is Rs 122.00 while selling price is Rs 124.
On the other hand, Asian stocks retreated to a one-year low as bearishChinese markets worsened investor sentiment already hurt by Turkey’sfinancial crisis.
Spreadbetters expected European stocks to open slightly higher, withBritain’s FTSE .FTSE seen rising 0.2 percent, Germany’s DAX .GDAXI adding0.1 percent and France’s CAC .FCHI gaining 0.15 percent.
MSCI’s broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan .MIAPJ0000PUSslid more than 1 percent to its lowest since August 2017, after bouncing0.4 percent the previous day when the Turkish lira showed signs ofstabilizing.
