KABUL – US Forces have carried out air strikes and drone strikes nearbordering district with Pakistan.
As per Afghan media, the U.S. forces have carried out a series ofairstrikes in southeastern Ghazni and Paktika provinces of the country,leaving at least 15 militants dead, TOLO News has reported.
The203rd Thunder Corps of the Afghan Military in the Southeast in astatement said the U.S. forces carried out airstrikes using unmanned aerialvehicles in Gomar district of Paktika province.
The statement further added that the airstrikes were carried out inSyedKhel, Chahar Baran, and Zuhda areas of the district, leaving at least12 militants dead.

Similarly,the U.S. forces carried out airstrikes in Andar district ofGhazni province which left at least 3 militants dead.
According to 203rd Thunder Corps, a motorcycle and a Ak-47 rifle of themilitants were also destroyed in the airstrikes.
